We decided to take a drive to enjoy the turning leaves.
While waiting in the car (Jon ran in to Caribou Coffee to buy 2 Pumpkin Spice Lattes) I had my camera in hand. Just as I was getting ready to take this picture a couple walked up to their car parked next to ours....they must think I'm crazy....
We drove over to Wabasha on the Mississippi river and found these huge pumpkins!
We thought about going to the National Eagle Center but decided that it was not cold enough for going to something inside, after all, it was only in the high 30's! We'll come back when it's really cold. So, we walked up and down Main Street.
We found a chocolate shop.
We ate a little chocolate and then enjoyed the drive back home.
Jonathan wondered why we went all that way just to go to that chocolate shop....

Ceresa, It was very special and so much fun for us to catch a glimpse of your traveling day to "go to the chocolate store" ! The pictures of Jon with the girls are so sweet and tender!!
